I find listening to true crime podcast very interesting and calming so it helps me focus as I do my work. So my suggestion to you is to find a certain podcast or playlist that you find relaxing and interesting. Or try listening to white noise.

Explanation:

For studying then yes

Something i learned from a college student is to take a 5 min break for every 30 mins of work you did. the break could be anything like going on your phone, checking your texts and stuff like that. Once your 5 mins are up reset your 30 min timer and continue your work. Those 30 mins would add up. Make sure during your 30 mins you only do your work.

I hope this is helpful for you as it is to me :)

Explain why or why not.^Experiment^ In this experiment, you will determine the IMA, AMA, and efficiency for the simple machine, the inclined plane. The materials for this experiment are:a smooth boardsmooth block or other object to drag up a planea spring scale (calibrated in newtons)stringbooks or blocks to support the inclined planeand a meter stick.Your job is to observe the experiment and collect your own data from this demonstration. Be ready to record your observations and data. You will be pulling an object up an inclined plane at different inclines.Make and record a hypothesis about how changine the slope of inclined plane will affect the efficiency.Measure the height and length of the plane, record the measurements.Measure the mass of the object, and record.Convert the mass from grams to newtons by dividing by 102, and record. Now slowly and steadily pull the object up the incline with the spring scale and string kept parallel to the incline.Record the readout on the scale. This will be the effort force. Now increase the slope of the incline by increasing the height.Measure the height of the new incline. The length of the incline remains constant.Slowly and steadily pull the object up the incline, record the readout from the scale. Now increase the slope of the incline by increasing the height.Measure the height of the new incline.
