the 4.1 m of concrete is made into the shape of a cylinder. The base has radios 0.5 metres. work out the height of the cylinder ( photo attached)
Answer:
5.22m
Step-by-step explanation:
Rearrange the formula - volume = π × r² × h:
h = volume ÷ (π × r²)
volume = 4.1m³r = 0.5Plug in the numbers:
h = 4.1 ÷ (π × 0.5²)
h = 5.22028... ≈ 5.22m

Answer:
6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54 (the bolded numbers go in the box)
Step-by-step explanation:
1. To find the multiples of 6 between 6 and 54, we have to multiply 6 by numbers from 1 to 9.
6 × 1 = 66 × 2 = 126 × 3 = 186 × 4 = 246 × 5 = 30 6 × 6 = 36 6 × 7 = 426 × 8 = 48 6 × 9 = 54Therefore, the multiples of 6 between 6 and 54 are 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54. (again, the bolded numbers go in the boxes)
Choose the numbers to find the product shown by the model.

th LEARNING TASK & Equation FIND THE THE EQUATION OF THE LINE, WRITE STANDARD FORM. THE SLOPE is 5 passing through (-1,4).
Step-by-step explanation:
to find the equation of a line having the slope use this formula:
[tex]y - yp = m(x - xp)[/tex]
in which:
- yp is the y of the point (so 4);
- m is the slope (so 5);
- xp is the x of the point (so -1)
so:
[tex]y - 4 = 5(x - ( - 1))[/tex]
[tex]y - 4 = 5x + 5[/tex]
[tex]y=5x + 5 + 4[/tex]
[tex]y = 5x + 9[/tex]

The diagram shows rays of light from a point source, P, that reach a detector, D, along two paths. One path is a straight line, while the other is bent by reflection off a mirror. What is the value of b, correct to one decimal place? Assume that all the points in the diagram lie in the same plane.
This can solved using the cosine law which is:
c² = a² + b² - 2ab cos θ
Using the values given from the problem
6² = b² + b² - 2bb cos 112.62
And solving for b
36 = 2b² - 2b² cos 112.62
b = 3.6
The answer is the 3rd option.
Answer:
b = 3.6

1.Which of the following is equivalent to 0.00451
Second question. Which of the following is equivalent to 6.32 x 10-*3?
Answer:
1)[tex]4.51[/tex]×[tex]10^-3[/tex]
2) .00632
Step-by-step explanation:
1.Which of the following is equivalent to 0.00451?
= [tex]\frac{451}{100000}[/tex]
=[tex]\frac{4.51}{1000}[/tex]
=[tex]\frac{4.51}{10^3}[/tex]
= [tex]4.51[/tex]×[tex]10^-3[/tex]
Therefore the answer is (a)
===================================================================
Which of the following is equivalent to 6.32 x 10-*3?
In order to find the answer to this question you can just put the notation into standard form which means they will be equivalent to each other.
The exponent is negative so you move to the left:
[tex]6.32=.00632[/tex]
=[tex].00632[/tex]
Therefore 6.32*10^-3 is equivalent too (c) .00632

16. A craft shop sold 150 pillows. Small pillows were $6.50 each and large pillows were $9.00 each. If the total amount collected from the sale of these items was $1180.00, what is the total number of each size pillow that was
sold?
Answer:
82 large pillows, 68 small pillows
Step-by-step explanation:
Suppose all pillows sold were small pillows:
150×$6.50=$975
$1180-$975=$205
$9-$6.50=$2.50
$205÷$2.50=82 (no of large pillows sold)
No. of small pillows sold
=150-82
=68

p = $6,000
El número de clientes es:
C = 120
ingresos = $6,000*120 = $720,000
C(p) = a*p + b
($6,000, 120)
($6,700, 110)
La pendiente es:
[tex]a = \frac{110 - 120}{\$6,700 - \$6,000} = \frac{-10}{\$ 700}[/tex]
Entonces tenemos:
C(p) = (-10/$700)*p + b
Sabemos que:
C($6,000) = 120 = (-10/$700)*$6,000 + b
120 = -85.71 + b
120 + 85.71 = b =
Entonces la ecuación lineal es:
C(p) = (-10/$700)*p + 205.71
Los ingresos serán dados por:
ingresos = C(p)*p = (-10/$700)*p^2 + 205.71*p
[tex]p = \frac{-205.71 \pm \sqrt{(205.71)^2 - 4*(-10/\$ 700)*\$ 720,000} }{2*(-10/\$ 700)} \\\\p = \frac{-205.71 \pm 195.45}{(-20/\$ 700)}[/tex]
La solución de maximo valor es:
p = (-205.71 - 195.45)/(-20/$700) = $14,040.6

Backstory)) Today as I was waking to lunch with a few people that were my so called friends, they are in the dance team and they wanted to go and help sell tickets there was one small table to sell tickets. But the thing is that there is only room for about 4 people on that table but they fit 7 which logically I think we all know that 7 people don’t need to sell tickets, only if 2 people actually bought tickets
So as we entered the cafeteria I followed them (I am not on the dance team) they went to that very table then I asked the obvious question where should I sit? Cause there want room for me. Then one of my friends pointed at an empty table and told me to sit there. I sit there the whole lunch eating only a few. I am stressed when nobody is next to me eating which causes me to eat less. Cause I feel everyone is staring at me. So I act like I am fine. Then after that we had some free time. I went to the bathroom the whole free time to just cry. But the thing is as the free time started they didn’t come and get me they just walked off so that’s why I went to the restroom and stayed in there for a little till the bell rang.
So what should I do they are going to do the same thing tomorrow and I am getting stressed cause I have no other friends to sit with.
Answer: I would see the councilor and see if that can help thats what I did they gave me option and I also could have had a pass to eat with a teacher or I could eat in there office :)
