I find listening to true crime podcast very interesting and calming so it helps me focus as I do my work. So my suggestion to you is to find a certain podcast or playlist that you find relaxing and interesting. Or try listening to white noise.

Something i learned from a college student is to take a 5 min break for every 30 mins of work you did. the break could be anything like going on your phone,checking your texts and stuff like that. Once your 5 mins are up reset your 30 min timer and continue your work. Those 30 mins would add up. Make sure during your 30 mins you only do your work.
