The religious leaders placed a guard at the tomb to prevent anyone from stealing the body. But on the third day, something incredible happened. The tomb was found to be empty, and Jesus' disciples began to see Him alive again. Jesus had risen from the dead, just as He had promised!The resurrection of Jesus is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. It proves that Jesus is who He claimed to be - the Son of God, the Savior of the world. And because of His sacrifice, we can be forgiven of our sins and have eternal life.
